Bist du unser zukünftiger IT-Superheld? Wir suchen einen praxis- und serviceorientierten Systemadministrator für unser Team. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere IT-Infrastruktur – von der Verwaltung von Netzwerken und Cloud-Umgebungen bis hin zur Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Kollegen an verschiedenen Standorten. Aufgaben:

Du verwaltest und wartest unsere Netzwerke, die Azure-Cloud-Plattform, die Desktop-Umgebung, die Systeme und die Infrastruktur an verschiedenen Standorten lokal und arbeitest an interessanten globalen Projekten.
Du bist verantwortlich für den Helpdesk-Support unseres Managements (C-Level) und unserer Mitarbeiter.
Du kümmerst Dich um die Hardware des Unternehmens, einschließlich Desktops, Laptops, Druckern und anderen Geräten.
Als ein Kollege mit hervorragenden Analyse-, Diagnose- und Fehlerbehebungsfähigkeiten kümmerst Du Dich um die Netzwerkkonfiguration unseres Unternehmens, einschließlich Routern, Switches und Firewalls.

Profil:

Du bringst fundierte technische Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse von Microsoft Windows 10/11, der Microsoft 365 Suite inklusive Intune, Auto Pilot und Entra (Azure AD) sowie Desktop-Hardware mit.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Unterstützung von Systemadministration und Netzwerktechnologien. Kenntnisse von Sophos Security (Firewall und Endpoint Protection) und Desktop Central sind von Vorteil.
Du zeigst ausgeprägtes Engagement im Kundenservice durch professionelle Kommunikation bei Anfragen, Problemen und Wünschen.
Um unser Unternehmen zu unterstützen, benötigst Du sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Who we are looking for:

Are you our future IT Superhero? We’re looking for a hands-on, service-oriented System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of our IT infrastructure, from managing networks and cloud environments to supporting C-level executives and colleagues across multiple locations. If you have a strong technical background, a proactive mindset, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment—this could be your next great opportunity.

These are your responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining our networks, Azure cloud platform, desktop environment, systems and infrastructure across multiple locations, locally and working on global projects of interest.
You are responsible for helpdesk support to our management (C-level) and our employees.
You are handling the organisations hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and other devices.
As a colleague with excellent analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills you cover the company’s networking setup including routers, switches, firewalls.

Your profile:

We expect you to have a deep technical understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite including Intune, Auto Pilot and Entra (Azure AD) and desktop hardware.
You come with a profound understanding in supporting systems administration and network technologies. Being familiar with Sophos Security (firewall and endpoint protection) and Desktop Central would be an advantage.
You display strong commitment to customer service by using professional communications regarding inquiries, problems, and requests.
To support our organisation, you must have very good English and German language skills.
